The lot rent is currently $430 monthly. It includes mowing and picking up. We do not have any RV lots.
What amenities does Inverness Park offer?
Inverness Park does not offer any amenities. However we do have a nature walk, and a auxiliary parking area for utility trailers/RV's and boats. Were also located within a few hundred feet of the Withlacooche State Trail
Are pets allowed in the community?
Yes, Inverness Park allows 1 pet up to 15 LBS. We do offer a nature walk/dog walking area. Residents are required to pick up after their pet.

Inverness Park is exclusively for residents aged 55 and older with certain exceptions, ensuring a vibrant community of active adults in a serene environment.
What is the policy for renting or visitors?
We pride ourselves on being a safe and friendly community. Home ownership is mandatory. For the safety and well-being of our residents, new members must complete an application and background check. Our demographic is roughly 50% permanent residents and 50% seasonal (winter) residents. Inverness Park strictly forbids renting of any kind. Visitors are allowed for 30 days annually.
